How are you doing?
Did you attend as many classes as you planned on?
Did you hit your calorie goals for the week?
Did you get a proper amount of sleep everyday?
Now is the perfect time to re-evaluate your goals. S.M.A.R.T. goal setting will help you set better goals and be more successful! Watch our video below for a seminar on Goal setting!
If week 1 did not go as planned it is OK! You still have 9 more weeks to get back on track and an unlimited amount more afterwards. Re-evaluate, make a new plan, and get after it. If you need help or would like to talk it though with me or one of our trainers please reach out!
