Surge is a high intensity interval training class designed to challenge a wide range of fitness levels from beginners to elite endurance athletes. Burning calories is just the beginning! Other performance measures such as balance, flexibility, posture, strength, and core stability will also improve! 

Our new simple to learn class is engaging, progressive and most importantly fun!

The surge program is broken-down into cardio days, strength days and circuits. Our program is designed IN-HOUSE specifically for our members. We believe separating cardio and strength allows for quicker and more impressive gains. Each program last 15 weeks!

Surge 45 – 45 Minute classes  (Cardio Classes, Strength Classes, Circuits)


Surge 30– 30 Minute Classes (Cardio Classes, Strength Classes, Circuits)

Yoga - 45 Minute Classes (Traditional, Yin Floor Stretching)
