We are officially at the half way point of the first SurgeFIT competition of 2021. If you are on track towards your goals... KEEP IT GOING! If your looking to tighten things up try focusing on your Sleep and Stress routines. Both of these aspects are very important to weight loss and reaching your fitness goals.
